What we collect and why
- Order data (name, contact details, delivery address, order contents) — to process and deliver your order and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation. - Payment data — processed by Revolut; we receive confirmation of payment, not your full card details. Legal basis: performance of a contract. - Communications (emails, support messages) — to answer you. Legal basis: legitimate interest. - Marketing emails — only if you opt in. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the Store: our payment processor (Revolut), our merchandise fulfilment and print partners (who receive your name and delivery address to produce and ship your order), shipping carriers, and our hosting and IT providers.
We do not sell your data.
International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on an appropriate safeguard such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses
Retention
We keep order and accounting data for as long as required by Estonian law (accounting records are kept for 7 years), and other data only as long as needed for the purpose collected.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Write to [store@semant.ai]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
